About Us
They say when you do what you love, time flies by.
No kidding. It’s been 17 years since we managed our first conference. Oh the stories we can tell – everything from working with hotel staff to attendees saying the darnedest thing. Our services have evolved over the years to include virtual and onsite support.
Boomerang Events has at some level been involved in hundreds of events over these 17 years, stretching from the West to East Coast, adjusting to the ever changing world of technology and staying in the know of innovations for our clients.
We are proud that one of our first clients is still with us today! TherapyWorks, Inc., worked with us to plan 12 trainings across the US for many years. In 2014, we took a chance and suggested they create an on-demand version of their training program. Their founders embraced the idea and now has three on-demand courses, training attendees across the world. Oh, and we did that before the pandemic! Further, we have several annual conferences where we aren’t only the planners, we are the historical hub for the event.
Our Event Commitments
Language Access
We are committed to educating, encouraging and supporting our clients in providing events that are accessible to all attendees in the language of their heart. This includes ASL and live interpretation in multiple languages.
Sustainability
We strive to reduce the impact on our eniviroment through paperless events, recycled products and reducing food waste. We also encourage venues to donate food to local food banks and shelters.
Safety and Self-Care
Our events include self-care opportunities throughout to help attendees and staff. Safety measures around COVID-19 are continually evaluated.
