While virtual trainings and conferences were around prior to the pandemic, the last three years have taught us all the need to make them more dynamic. We were spending all day sitting at our computer screens, and then were also asked to attend conferences in the same way? We’ve learned a thing or two about making virtual conferences more engaging!
Much like our onsite services, we can plan your entire virtual conference or you can offload the technical portions. Let’s face it, every event has unique variables. Virtual events require planners {and hosts} to consider attendees’ technical levels, browser settings, platform offerings. Stir in the presenters’ technical and computer settings, not to mention the number of staff/volunteers you need to run each session. Whew, that is a lot to consider.
